Stockroom is a Shopify app that manages purchase orders, barcode receiving, and reorder points. It is operated by Alen Komras. For any privacy question, email alenkomras@gmail.com.
When you install Stockroom on your store, we store:
Stockroom does not store customer data. It never reads orders, checkouts, or shopper details. Purchase orders reference your suppliers and your product variants only. Product and inventory data is read from Shopify when a page loads and is not copied into our database beyond the product title, SKU, and barcode shown on your own purchase orders and reorder points.
When you receive stock against a purchase order, Stockroom adds those quantities to available inventory at the location you selected. Each adjustment is tagged with the purchase order it came from so it is traceable in your Shopify inventory history. Stockroom makes no other changes to your store.
Data is held in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, and the app runs on Vercel. Both are US-hosted. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the app itself and to the operator named above.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. The only processors involved are the hosting providers named above and Shopify itself.
Uninstalling the app deletes your access token immediately. Shopify then sends a shop redaction request 48 hours after uninstall, at which point every supplier, purchase order, purchase order line, and reorder point belonging to your store is deleted from our database. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing the address above.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data described here. Email alenkomras@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be emailed to the app contact address on record for your store.
